Part-time Locum Consultant in palliative medicine (community based)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated doctor to this new part time post (6.25 sessions) as an interim step to establishing a substantive post. The post will work with the two existing full time Consultants to improve the provision of end of life care across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre and to support the 8 Clinical Nurse Specialists in palliative care who work in the locality.

The contract for this post will be held by Blackpool Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Applicants will need to be eligible to be on the specialist register for palliative medicine.
